For this series, ‘Ignite: Your Leadership Behavior and Decision-Making,’ participants will learn to solve problems using a leadership lens, further understand their own values in relation to others’ behaviors, and identify how to make decisions to best reach personal and organizational goals.
Leadership styles and behaviors affect how leaders interact, lead, and make decisions. In this session, ‘Unleashing Your Unique Leadership Style,’ participants will be able to identify and articulate their dominant "True Colors" personality type and understand how it influences their leadership style and decision-making.
Participants will:
- Learn dominant preferences and be able to identify strengths.
- Gain insights into leadership styles and areas for development.
- Explore strategies to improve communication and foster productive team environments.
