Public Health Preparedness: POD SimPLER

ASTHO invites public health preparedness professionals to attend a webinar on the Point of Dispensing Simulation Program for Leveraging and Evaluation Resources (POD SimPLER) tool. There are two options for participants to select from, Tuesday, May 3, from 3 - 4 p.m. ET, or Thursday, May 5, from 7 – 8 p.m. ET.
During the 60-minute session, ASTHO will convene participants to listen to a presentation on a POD planning tool called POD SimPLER. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Lauren Finklea will begin by introducing the basics of POD SimPLER and then give participants the chance to explore the features of the tool themselves. Participants are encouraged to email scenarios they would like to work through during the session to simpler@cdc.gov.
