Tuesday, November 18, 2025 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM   Eastern Standard Time

Public health agencies rely on strong partnerships to deliver effective programs and services—but how do we measure, manage, and strengthen those relationships over time? This 90-minute panel brings together state leaders from Iowa, Indiana, Washington, and Georgia to share innovative tools and strategies for partnership management, relationship evaluation, and customer service in public health.

Panelists will explore a range of approaches—from low-code and no-code CRM development to tailored feedback systems and RFP planning—that support infrastructure improvements and more responsive engagement with local jurisdictions and community partners. Whether you're building a CRM from scratch, issuing an RFP, or simply looking to improve how your agency tracks and nurtures relationships, this session will offer practical insights and lessons learned from the field.
