Creating new partnerships can be challenging and often requires the use of various strategies. Cross-agency partnerships involve collaborating with organizations that have different structures, motivators, and processes. How can organizations align efforts despite these differences? How can cross-agency partnerships fully leverage the resources and supports within them?
To support 2103 grantees and their cross-agency efforts, ASTHO will host this webinar focused on providing strategies and guidance to state health agencies for partnering with Medicaid and external stakeholders. The webinar will feature ASTHO partners, the Center for Health Care Strategies, and Well-being and Equity in the World.
