Welcome to the "Leadership Accelerator: Fast-Track Your Skills with ELM" program, an immersive and dynamic leadership development accelerator designed to propel your leadership journey to new heights.
Throughout this program, you'll engage in interactive live virtual sessions led by seasoned leadership experts. These sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including leadership behaviors, effective communication, strategic decision-making, team building, and more. Participants will connect with a dynamic cohort of like-minded public health professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
In addition to the live sessions, you'll have access to the comprehensive "Essentials of Leadership and Management (ELM)" online course. This course is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in leadership principles and practices, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to lead with confidence and impact.
Space will be limited to 40 supervisors and managers per cohort. By participating in the "Leadership Accelerator: Fast-Track Your Skills with ELM" program, you'll gain the tools, insights, and support needed to accelerate your leadership development and achieve your goals.
By submitting this application, you commit to participate in live virtual sessions, asynchronous self-study activities, and engaging and collaborating in a cohort setting. The live session dates are as follows:
