The ASTHO Board of Directors’ summer retreat will provide an opportunity for Board members to come together for collaboration, strategic discussions, and learning opportunities. The Board will discuss and vote on draft policy statements, take a deep dive into the fiduciary responsibilities of serving on the Board through an orientation session, celebrate successes and identify opportunities for operational improvement through a review of the self-assessment survey results, and receive updates and provide feedback related to ASTHO’s strategic plan and infrastructure grant.
