This series, “Activate: Your Leadership EQ and Professionalism Skills,” will equip leaders with the skills necessary to become a more self-aware and empathetic leader, and emphasize the impact emotional intelligence has on organizational success.
Session one of this three-part leadership workshop series focuses on how to develop better self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management. In this session, “Unlocking and Building Emotional Intelligence Skills,” you will learn how to manage emotions effectively and enhance your interpersonal skills to help build and maintain healthy relationships.
Participants will:
- Learn the definition of emotional intelligence.
- Identify how emotional intelligence relates to professional and organizational success.
- Explore the Goleman Emotional Intelligence Model.
- Create action planning to improve emotional intelligence.
