Sign up now for the third installment of a three-part workshop on Essentials of Leadership and Management (ELM).  

For this series, ‘Ignite: Your Leadership Behavior and Decision-Making,’ participants will learn to solve problems using a leadership lens, further understand their own values in relation to others’ behaviors, and identify how to make decisions to best reach personal and organizational goals. 

Leaders are responsible for motivating and managing strong teams to achieve organizational goals. In this session, ‘Strengthening Teams, Decisions, and Performance Management Skills,’ participants will learn the connection between values, decision-making, and team management, and be introduced to a decision-making framework. 


Participants will:

  • Learn and apply a structured decision-making framework.
  • Explore key elements of effective team performance management, including goal setting, feedback, performance evaluation, and development planning.
