Join ASTHO for an informational webinar on the implementation of a performance management system within a local health department’s environmental health division. Greg Chumney, MPH, will provide attendees with an overview of the performance management system and discuss how different units within the division use this information in their planning, operations, and evaluation processes.
Participants will learn how implementing this system within an environmental health division provides an opportunity to manage program goals and employee performance through a diversity and equity lens. Attendees will also learn how these performance measures are applied to create equitable program policies and plans.
